WaterML R Package

The WaterML R Package lets you retrieve and analyze data using CUAHSI WaterOneFlow Web Services using R.

With the WaterML R Package, you can retrieve the services registered on HIS Central, you can search HIS Central geographically with bounding box coordinates, and you can retrieve metadata and actual data from individual services whether they are registered with HIS Central or not (as long as you have the server URL). Lastly, you can also upload data to one type of HydroServer, HydroServerLite. See this tutorial that demonstrates how the WaterML R Package can be used to access data directly within R and consequently perform an analysis.
